April 16th ,2018 - School of Computer and Communication Engineering (SCCE), UniMAP in collaboration with AADK Kubang Pasu has held a Kubang Pasu Drug-Free School Workshop. In this workshop, the first drug dictionary application in Malaysia has been launched. This application has been developed by Dr Saidatul Norlyana Azemi, a senior lecturer at the School of Computer Engineering and Communication with the collaboration between AADK Kubang Pasu. The ‘My Alert and Anti-Drug Dictionary’ app was launched by YB Dato Abu Hassan Sharif, representing YB Dato Wira Othman Aziz, Deputy Finance Minister 1 with YB Dato 'Hj. Ahmad Zaini Bin Japar, the Kubang Pasu District Drug Rehabilitation Committee chairman.


The purpose of this app is to emphasize 4 instruments namely youth, employers, teachers and parents about what the drug is and what have to be done in addressing this issue later. My Alert and Anti-Drug Dictionary app is an application for all types of people. It will be an important reference to the community to receive early information regarding drug issues.


The SCCE and AADK really hope that this drug dictionary application will introduce a new way or mechanism in dealing with drug issues to mobilize the whole community in combating drugs.
